2. Scope
Every Service of the trading city is subject to these Terms of use, as long as there are no explicit exceptions.
3. Registration conditions
- The services of the trading city can only be used after registering as a member.
- Membership is open to everybody, who permits the trading city to access their basic information.
- Registration is free.
- The membership and account are not transferable.
4. Responsibility for minors
- Minors are permitted to register at the trading city if they are aware of the consequences of the usage of their data and understand the importance of such consent.
- When the legal guardians accept the usage of these services by minors, they are aware of the consequences of misuse of the services of the trading city through the minors.
5. Fee and Payment
- As far as chargeable services are offered, the member is required to permit the purchase process.
- The member will be informed about the costs of the service.

7. Warranty/Limitation of Liability
- The use of trading city services is at the own risk of the user.
- Information and advice that a user gathers at the Services (website, email, etc...), do not approve of trading city's warranty, except expressly agreed.
- Trading city takes no liability for lost information and data of the member.
- The liability for accidental governmental action, labor dispute, force majeure, natural disasters, accidental damage, and setting of the game server is excluded.
8. Changes to services
- Restrictions, extensions, and other changes to these services by the trading city are allowed at any time and also subject to the following terms and conditions.
- As far as fee-based services are offered, the trading city reserves the right to adjust them at any time in the state of the current legal situation.
9. Changes in business conditions
- Trading city reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
- Trading city obliges informing the members about the change (s).
10. Termination of membership
- Trading city is entitled to terminate the contract on participation and to terminate the services with the member at any time. Furthermore, the trading city is entitled to terminate the account without prior warning.
- The membership can be canceled by emailing the trading city support team and or blocking the application on Facebook.
